Kushtet e Shërbimit

1. Pranimi i Kushteve

By accessing or using Tregova websites, mobile apps, and related marketplace services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance.

2. Përshkrimi i Shërbimit

Tregova is an online platform for buying, selling, and renting goods and services locally. The platform provides listing creation on supported surfaces, search, messaging, user reviews, safety/reporting tools, and paid promotional features where enabled to connect buyers and sellers within their communities. Android v1 does not include paid-promotion checkout until the planned Digital POS integration is implemented and approved.

3. Llogaritë e Përdoruesve

Ju duhet të jeni të paktën 18 vjeç për të krijuar një llogari. Ju jeni përgjegjës për ruajtjen e sigurisë së kredencialeve të llogarisë tuaj dhe për të gjithë aktivitetin nën llogarinë tuaj. Ju pranoni të jepni informacion të saktë gjatë regjistrimit dhe ta mbani atë të përditësuar. Ne rezervojmë të drejtën për të pezulluar ose përfunduar çdo llogari sipas gjykimit tonë, me ose pa njoftim.

4. Njoftimet dhe Përmbajtja

E gjithë përmbajtja e njoftimeve duhet të jetë e saktë, e vërtetë dhe jo mashtruese. Njoftimet i nënshtrohen skadimit automatik dhe mund të rishikohen, redaktohen ose hiqen nga ekipi ynë në çdo kohë. Ju jeni përgjegjës për saktësinë dhe ligjshmërinë e çdo gjëje që listoni në platformë.

5. Përmbajtja e Ndaluar

Më poshtë janë rreptësisht të ndaluara në Tregova:

• Material pornografik, seksualisht i qartë ose i turpshëm
• Droga ilegale, substanca të kontrolluara dhe pajisje droge
• Artikuj ose shërbime ilegale të çdo lloji
• Armë, armë zjarri, eksplozivë dhe municione
• Mallra të vjedhura ose artikuj me pronësi të kontestuar
• Artikuj të falsifikuar, kopje ose të paautorizuar
• Materiale të rrezikshme dhe kimikate të rrezikshme
• Kafshë të gjalla (përveç nëse lejohet nga ligji lokal)
• Mbetje njerëzore ose pjesë trupi
• Artikuj që promovojnë dhunën, urrejtjen ose diskriminimin
• Çdo artikull ose shërbim që shkel ligjin në fuqi

This list is not exhaustive. Users may report listings, profiles, reviews, messages, conversations, or other content that appears abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or otherwise in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to determine whether any content constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

6. Zbatimi

We may review reports and platform activity for safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, and support. We reserve the right to remove content, reject or end promotions, restrict visibility, disable messaging, suspend accounts, or permanently ban any user account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Violations of the prohibited content policy may result in immediate and permanent account ban. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities or cooperate with lawful requests when required. Decisions regarding moderation, suspension, or banning are final unless we choose to review them.

7. Njoftimet e Promovuara

Users may pay to promote their listings in premium placement areas across supported platform surfaces where paid promotions are enabled. Boosted Listings or similar paid promotions activate after payment confirmation and remain subject to automated or manual moderation. Payments for Tregova paid promotions may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Tregova. Promotions removed for violations of our terms are not eligible for refunds.

8. Politika e Rimbursimit

Refunds for paid promotions are available only in specific cases, such as duplicate charges, verified system errors, or eligible unused time on a cancelled Boosted Listing. Refunds are never automatic, are reviewed manually, are not available for Terms of Service violations, and approved refunds may take up to 10 working days or the provider/bank processing period to appear. Any discretionary refund does not establish a precedent or entitlement for future refunds.

9. Transaksionet Midis Përdoruesve

Tregova is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not handle, process, or guarantee payments between users for marketplace goods or services. Users are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and accuracy of their listings and arrange payment and delivery independently at their own risk. Paid promotions purchased from Tregova are separate advertising/promotional services and do not mean Tregova participates in buyer-seller transactions.

10. Mesazhet

Users may communicate through in-platform messaging. Messaging must not be used for harassment, spam, fraud, off-platform payment pressure, or any illegal purpose. Users can report messages or conversations and block others to prevent communication. We reserve the right to monitor or review communications for safety, abuse prevention, moderation, legal compliance, and support.

11. Vlerësimet

Vetëm përdoruesit e verifikuar mund të lënë vlerësime. Vlerësimet duhet të jenë të sinqerta, të sakta dhe të bazuara në ndërveprime të vërteta. Ne rezervojmë të drejtën të heqim vlerësimet që shkelin udhëzimet tona.

12. Pronësia Intelektuale

All platform content (design, code, graphics, logos) is owned by Tregova. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operating, securing, promoting, and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content. This license ends when you remove the content or close your account, except where continued use or retention is needed for backups, safety, moderation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Privatësia

Përdorimi juaj i Shërbimit gjithashtu qeveriset nga Politika e Privatësisë, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You may request account deletion through account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Deletion and retention are handled according to the Privacy Policy.

14. Mohimet

Shërbimi ofrohet "siç është" pa garanci të asnjë lloji. Ne nuk garantojmë kohën e funksionimit, saktësinë ose disponueshmërinë. Ne nuk jemi përgjegjës për rezultatin e asnjë transaksioni midis përdoruesve ose cilësinë, sigurinë ose ligjshmërinë e artikujve të listuar.

15. Kufizimi i Përgjegjësisë

Në masën më të plotë të lejuar nga ligji, Tregova nuk do të jetë përgjegjës për asnjë dëm të tërthortë, rastësor, special, pasojor ose ndëshkimor që lind nga përdorimi juaj i Shërbimit.

16. Dëmshpërblimi

Ju pranoni të dëmshpërbleni dhe të mbani të padëmtuar Tregova nga çdo pretendim, dëm ose shpenzim që lind nga përdorimi juaj i Shërbimit, shkelja e këtyre kushteve ose cënimi i të drejtave të palëve të treta.

17. Ndryshimet

Ne mund t'i modifikojmë këto kushte në çdo kohë. Përdorimi i vazhdueshëm pas ndryshimeve përbën pranim.

18. Ligji Qeverisës

Këto kushte qeverisen nga ligjet e Shqipërisë. Kontestet i nënshtrohen juridiksionit ekskluziv të gjykatave në Tiranë, Shqipëri.
