## Getting Started

### What is Tregova?

Tregova is a multi-country classifieds marketplace. You can browse listings, create your own listings, save favorites and searches, message other users, and leave reviews after transactions or interactions.

### How do I create an account?

Use Register to create an account with your supported contact details and password, then complete any verification steps shown in the app. You can also use available social sign-in options when they are enabled for your region.

### Is Tregova free to use?

Standard accounts, browsing, messaging, favorites, saved searches, reviews, and standard listing creation are free. Optional paid services are for platform visibility, such as boosted listing promotions, not payment for listed items.

### Where is Tregova available?

Tregova supports multiple country marketplaces plus an All Countries view. The app ships with 19 locale files, and available country routes are shown in the marketplace navigation.

### Where can I get help?

Use the FAQ for common questions, the feedback popup for bugs, feature requests, reports, and contact options, and AI Support for general guidance. Do not share passwords, payment details, or secret tokens in support chat.

## Account & Profile

### How do I reset or change my password?

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password from the login screen and follow the reset instructions. If you are signed in, use your account settings to update your password or security options.

### How do I update my profile or contact details?

Open your profile or settings to update supported fields such as username, profile information, email, phone, notification preferences, connected accounts, and security settings. Some changes may require verification codes.

### What verification and security options are available?

Tregova supports account verification signals such as email and phone verification, plus security options including two-factor authentication and backup codes where available in your settings.

### How do I manage notifications?

Use notification settings to control supported alerts such as messages, listing activity, reviews, saved-search matches, price alerts, weekly digest, and system or admin broadcasts.

### Can I delete my account?

Yes. Use account settings to request account deletion. Review the confirmation carefully because account deletion is intended to be permanent and may affect your listings, messages, saved items, and profile data.

## Buying Items

### How do I search for items?

Use Listings, market pages, category pages, or the search bar. You can filter by supported options such as keyword, price, condition, market or category, city or country, seller verification, boosted/type, and sorting.

### How do I contact a seller?

Open a listing and use the contact or message action to start an in-app conversation. Keep communication in Tregova messages when possible so you can manage unread messages and block unsafe users.

### How do favorites and saved searches work?

Use the favorite button to save listings to your account. You can also save searches and check saved-search matches when you want to revisit filters or see new matching listings.

### Does Tregova handle item payment or delivery?

No. Buyers and sellers arrange item payment, pickup, delivery, and fulfillment directly with each other outside Tregova. Tregova does not provide item checkout, escrow, shipping labels, delivery tracking, order history, or buyer-protection disputes for item sales.

### How do reviews and seller ratings work?

Reviews and ratings are available on Tregova profiles where eligible. Use them as one trust signal together with profile details, verification badges, listing quality, and safe communication habits.

## Selling Items

### How do I create a listing?

Choose Create Listing, add the required details such as title, description, price, listing type, condition, market, category, location, and media, then review and publish. Buyers can contact you through Tregova messages.

### What media can I add to a listing?

Listings support image uploads and one optional video within the app's upload limits. The listing form shows the current maximum media count, accepted file types, and validation messages while you upload.

### How do I manage my listings?

Use your profile, My Listings, or the seller statistics workspace to view listing status and available actions. Depending on the listing state, you may be able to edit, hide, unhide, mark as sold, renew, feature, or delete a listing.

### Can I edit a listing after publishing?

Editing is limited. Current listing editability depends on the listing state, whether it is boosted, and the edit window shown by the app. If editing is unavailable, create a new listing or use another available management action.

### What happens when my listing expires?

Listings expire after the platform's active listing period and no longer appear as active search results. Expired listings can be managed from your seller/listing tools when renewal is available.

### How do boosted listing promotions work?

Boosted listing promotions are optional paid visibility placements for your own listings. The Boost flow lets eligible sellers choose placements and dates, preview pricing, apply supported promo codes, and complete checkout for the promotion. These payments are only for visibility, not for the listed item.

### What is the seller statistics workspace?

The statistics workspace helps sellers monitor listing status, views, favorites, contact activity, seller snapshot information, promotion history, and inventory actions from one place.

## Safety & Security

### How do I stay safe when meeting in person?

Meet in a public, well-lit place, bring someone with you when possible, tell someone where you are going, inspect the item before paying, and avoid sharing sensitive account or payment details.

### How do I recognize a scam?

Be cautious with prices that seem too good to be true, pressure to act quickly, requests for advance payment, attempts to move communication away from Tregova, suspicious links, or requests for codes, passwords, or payment-card details.

### What should I do if a user seems unsafe?

Stop the conversation, do not send money or sensitive details, block the user from Messages or your blocked-users settings, and contact official support or local authorities when appropriate.

### Can Tregova resolve item-sale disputes or refunds?

Tregova does not run an item-sale dispute center, escrow service, item refund process, or buyer-protection checkout. Resolve item-sale issues directly with the other user and any external payment or delivery provider you chose.

### How is my account information protected?

Tregova uses account security controls and protects sensitive account data in the app. You should still keep your password, verification codes, payment details, private keys, and secret tokens out of messages and support chats.
